If you really want to try this out, but don't have a popsicle tray (& you really want some now!)... use your ice tray (if you have one)... after you pour the liquid in, cover the top with saran wrap and poke toothpicks into each slot-- it will hold the toothpicks in place while it freezes! (or if you are patient and will remember, you can just wait until it hardens enough to stick the toothpicks in the slush-- me personally, I would probably forget or get side-tracked! LOL)

This really sounds yummy... I will have to try it! I am reading this while enjoying a cuppa Imperial Acai Blueberry/Apple Lemon Pomegranate Rooibos Iced! yum!

Wow! This sounds so inviting. I absolutely love the idea of tea popsicles. With so many delicious flavors to choose from this one could be indeed difficult! My guess is that any tea chosen is going to be beneficial to anyone receiving it. I think we should all take advantage of this recipe and make popcicles! Imagine adding the herbal benefits of a tisane tea to this. Great Job brining this one to the forefront.

Yum! I used to do this often, but my hubby accidentally threw out my awesome Popsicle tray during our recent interstate move. Sadness... I need to find a new (cool) one. Any leads?

Also, have you made tea granitas yet? So tasty...
