I am a huge Chai tea fan but couldn’t find any I really like except Celestial Seasons Mountain Chai tea bags. Well, now I mix 1 teaspoon of Teavana’s chais–Masala Chai, Rooibos Chai and Samurai Chai Mate with 1 spoon of rock sugar and brew for 5 minutes, then add 1 spoon of White Aruvedic Chai and steep 1 minutes longer. Add some soy milk and I am in Chai Heaven!

Although “chai” is not part of the name, Spice of Life white tea is another spicy blend that hits to spot on these brisk mornings and evenings as the leaves start to fall. The citrus tones remind me of the summer days and the spicy blend warms me through the cooling days. Maybe cooler weather isn’t so bad after all.
