Tea Blend of the Day: Cranberry Fat Burn

Some teas have a reputation, so to speak. Oolong teas (also called Wu-Long teas) have built up quite a reputation over the years as “diet tea.” Fortunately, the science agrees with the weight loss reputation: oolong teas help to lower the intake of fat from high-cholesterol meals and to increase your metabolism. Of course, drinking Oolong with your Big Mac and Fries isn’t going to make you skinny alone, but it can help if you’re really trying to burn some fat cells.

So now to our tea blend for today:

Cranberry Fat Burn: Six Summits Oolong + Sweet Fruit Garden. As noted, it helps increase your metabolism and tastes a lot like cranberry juice.

In addition to helping lose weight, oolong teas have tannic acid in them, so they help to lower your cholesterol levels. And the Sweet Fruit Garden herbal tea is full of vitamins and antioxidants. This is a very healthy addition to your diet!

So have a salad for lunch, go on that walk, and enjoy a cup of Cranberry Fat Burn tea!

I really love this blend! I dont drink it that often, so i couldnt say anything about the weightloss benefits, but it’s a great iced tea! I tried adding Rooibos Peach Bloom to this mixture, and it adds a little sweetness to it without using sweetener :D YUMMY!
