		<description>@ Kat - the steeping a concentrated tea idea would definitely work. I would hate to have crunchy tea bits in my fluffy pancakes. I would recommend using Rooibos over black tea though because you can steep it longer without the bitter/tannic finish that black tea could have.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t have an easy way to grind the tea so I&#039;m thinking of steeping strong tea and using that as my water with some packaged pancake mix. I&#039;m using the Almond Biscotti (black tea from Teavana) mix, though. This came up first when I googled if anyone else was making pancakes with tea in them :)</description>
